【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestoelectricalequipmentusingsignalsinthefrequencyrange3kHzto95kHztotransmitorreceiveinformationonlowvoltageelectricalsystems,forelectricitysuppliersanddistributors.Inthecaseofequipmentwhichincludesfunctionsotherthanthetransmissionorreceptionofinformationonlowvoltageelectricalsupplies,thisstandardappliesonlytothatpartoftheequipmentintendedforsuchtransmissionorreceptionofinformation.Otherpartsoftheequipmentshallcomplywiththeimmunitystandardorstandardsrelevanttothefunctionsofthoseotherparts.Intheeventoftestsbeingspecifiedinthoseotherstandardsofadifferentseverityandwheretheconstructionoftheequipmentissuchthatthefunctionscannotbetestedseparately,thehigherseverityshallapplytoallaffectedfunctions.Theobjectofthisstandardistolimitmutualinfluencebetweenmainscommunicationequipmentandsystems(MCES)operatingindifferentfrequencybandsasdefinedinEN50065-1andtocontributetoensuringelectromagneticcompatibilityingeneral.Itspecifiesessentialimmunityrequirementsandtestmethods,includingthosetestswhicharetobeperformedduringtype-testingofMCESonlow-voltageinstallations,forelectromagneticinterferenceingeneralandmorespecificinterferencecomingfromotherMCES.Itthereforedefinestheimmunitytestrequirementsforapparatusinrelationtocontinuousandtransientdisturbances,bothconductedandradiated,andelectrostaticdischarges.Testrequirementsarespecifiedforeachportconsidered.Thisstandardgiveslimitswhichareapplicabletoproductsoperatinginthepublicsupplynetwork,operatedbyelectricityutilities.Thelevelsdonothowevercoverextremecaseswhichmayoccurinanylocationbutwithalowprobabilityofoccurrence.Inspecialcasessituationswillarisewherethelevelofdisturbancesmayexceedthelevelsspecifiedinthisstandarde.g.whereahand-heldtransmitterisusedinproximitytoanapparatus.Intheseinstancesspecialmitigationmeasuresmayhavetobeemployed.Itdoesnotspecifyimmunitybetweenmainscommunicationsystemsoperatinginthesameband(asdefinedinEN50065-1)orimmunitytosignalsoriginatingfrompowerlinecarriersystemsoperatingonhighormediumvoltagenetworks.Safetyconsiderationsarenotincludedinthisstandard.
