【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846specifiesadrivingpointmethodfordeterminingthelow-frequencytransferstiffnessfortranslationsofresilientsupports,underaspecifiedpreload.Themethodconcernsthelaboratorymeasurementofvibrationsandforcesontheinputsidewiththeoutputsideblocked,andiscalledthe“drivingpointmethod”.Thestiffnessresultingfrommeasuringtheinputdisplacement(velocity,acceleration)andinputforceisthedynamicdrivingpointstiffness.Onlyatlowfrequencies,wherethedrivingpointstiffnessandthetransferstiffnessareequal,canthismethodbeusedfordeterminationofthedynamictransferstiffness.NOTE1InISO10846-2,thedirectmethodformeasuringthedynamictransferstiffnessiscovered.Thedirectmethodcoversthedeterminationofthelow-frequencydynamictransferstiffnessanditcovers,inprinciple,awiderfrequencyrangethanthedrivingpointmethod.Nevertheless,thedrivingpointmethodiscoveredintheISO10846seriesofinternationalstandardsaswell.Itisconsideredasavaluableoptionforownersof(oftenexpensive)testrigsfordrivingpointstiffnessmeasurements,toextendtheuseoftheserigswiththedeterminationoflow-frequencydynamictransferstiffness.Themethodisapplicabletotestelementswithparallelflanges(seeFigure1).Resilientelements,whicharethesubjectofthispartofISO10846,arethosewhichareusedtoreducea)thetransmissionofvibrationinthelowerpartoftheaudiblefrequencyrange(typically20Hzto200Hz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiateunwantedfluid-bornesound(airborne,waterborneorothers),andb)thetransmissionoflow-frequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz)whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansubjectsorcausedamagetostructuresofanysizewhenvibrationistoosevere.NOTE2Inpractice,thesizeofavailabletestrig(s)determinesrestrictionsforverysmallandforverylargeresilientsupports.NOTE3Samplesofcontinuoussupportsofstripsandmatsareincludedinthemethod.WhetherornotthesampledescribesthebehaviourofthecomplexsystemsufficientlyistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthispartofISO10846.MeasurementsfortranslationsnormalandtransversetotheflangesarecoveredinthispartofISO10846.Themethodcoversthefrequencyrangefromf1=1HztotheupperlimitingfrequencyfUL.Typically50HzufULu200Hz.ThedataobtainedaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO10846canbeusedforthefollowing:-productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers;-informationduringproductdevelopment;-qualitycontrol,and-calculationofthetransferofvibrationthroughisolators.
