【摘要】:Afterapplicationtoeitherinteriororexteriorsurfaces,latexpaintsmaybesubjectedtoconditionsofhighhumidity,condensation,orprecipitation.Thismaysometimesleadtoalossofadhesiontothesubstrateoverwhichtheyhavebeenapplied.Thismethodisaquantitativemeasureoftheadhesionoflatexpaintstoglossysubstratesundersuchconditions.1.1Thismethodcoversaprocedureformeasuringbyscrubbingtheadhesionoflatexpaintstoglossyalkydenamelsubstratesafterexposuretowetconditions.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
