【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsdescribethedeterminationofthespecificgravity(relativedensity)anddensityofsolidplasticsinformssuchassheets,rods,tubes,ormoldeditems.Twotestmethodsaredescribed:TestMethodA-Fortestingsolidplasticsinwater,andTestMethodB-Fortestingsolidplasticsinliquidsotherthanwater.Note1-Alternatively,TestMethodD1505maybeappliedtomanysuchforms,aswellastofilmsandsheeting.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note2-ThisstandardisnotequivalenttoISO1183MethodA.
